Getting Started

Getting started takes about three minutes — no card, no install, and no setup call. Create your account, pick the modules you need, and we build you a private store, pre-loaded and ready to sell. Here's the whole path.

Before you begin

All you need is your business name and an email address. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required.

Five steps from sign-up to selling

1. Go to the sign-up page

Open the sign-up page in any browser. Sign-up is self-service — there's nothing to download and no sales call to book.

2. Name your store and claim your address

Enter your business name, pick your business type (retail, restaurant, grocery, pharmacy, fashion, electronics, services…), and set your store currency. Then choose the web address your store will live at — for example yourstore.xissuite.com. Pick a short, lowercase name (letters, numbers and hyphens); we check availability as you type, and you can connect your own custom domain later.

3. Choose a plan

Pick the bundle closest to how you sell, then switch on any add-on modules you want. You only pay for what you use, and you can upgrade anytime from inside your store:

• Basic — Inventory and Point of Sale, to run the counter and track stock.
• Pro — adds Accounting and Online Orders, to sell online and keep real books.
• Enterprise — every module, including Delivery, for a growing operation.

4. Create your owner account

Add your name, email and a password (at least 8 characters). This becomes the store owner — the account that controls billing, staff and settings.

5. You're in — and your store is already built

Submit, and XISSuite provisions a private, isolated store for your business, logs you straight in, and drops you on your dashboard. It comes pre-seeded so you're never staring at a blank screen: a main warehouse, a register with a walk-in customer, a starter chart of accounts, and a few sample products matched to your business type — all yours to edit or delete.

Your first hour

A few things worth setting up right away:

• Add your products — edit the samples or add your own, with prices, barcodes, photos and categories. In a hurry, import your whole catalogue from a CSV.
• Dress your online shop — add your logo, hero image and brand story under Storefront, and opt into the community marketplace to get discovered.
• Connect Paystack — add your own payment keys under Online Payments so customers can check out.
• Turn on AI product photos — paste your Gemini API key under Preferences to generate clean catalogue and lifestyle shots from a single phone photo.
• Invite your staff — add staff accounts and give each a role, so everyone sees only what they should.

During and after your trial

Your 30-day trial unlocks everything with no card on file. When you're ready to keep going, the store owner adds billing under Billing and pays securely by Paystack — change plans, add modules or cancel from the same screen, anytime.
